पीवीवीएनएल के अधीक्षण अभियंता शामली की सरकारी गाड़ी किसी वीआईपी नेता से कम नहीं है। एसई लिखी उनकी गाड़ी के फ्रंट शीशे पर न केवल वीआईपी का स्टीकर चिपका है, बल्कि हूटर और चार लाइटें भी लगी हैं। यही नहीं, गाड़ी पर लगी उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार लिखी प्लेट पर छोटी सी नीली बत्ती भी लगी है। सोमवार को ऊर्जा भवन में एमडी की मीटिंग में पहुंचे अधीक्षण अभियंता की वीआईपी गाड़ी
को देखकर हर कोई हैरान रह गया। सभी लोग इस बारे में चर्चा करते रहे।
मामला शामली में तैनात पीवीवीएनएल के अधीक्षण अभियंता सतगुरु श्रीवास्तव से जुड़ा है। सोमवार को ऊर्जा भवन में एमडी अभिषेक प्रकाश ने कंपनी की मासिक बैठक बुलायी थी। बैठक में कंपनी के सभी 14 जिलों के अधिकारी शामिल होने आए थे। अधीक्षण अभियंता सतगुरु श्रीवास्तव भी अपनी सरकारी बोलेरो गाड़ी नंबर यूपी-19ए 1659 से पहुंचे तो हर कोई उनकी गाड़ी को देखता रह गया। उनकी बोलेरो किसी सरकारी अधिकारी की गाड़ी न होकर किसी वीआईपी नेता की गाड़ी को भी मात दे रही थी।
किसी से कम नहीं
गाड़ी के ऊपर न केवल हूटर लगा था, बल्कि उसके पास ही चार बड़ी लाइटें भी लगी थीं। फ्रंट शीशे पर लाल रंग से एसई (सुप्रीटेंडेंट इंजीनियर) लिखने के साथ वीआईपी लिखा स्टीकर भी लगा था। गाड़ी के बोनट के नीचे लगे फ्रंट गार्ड पर न केवल यूपी गवर्मेंट लिखाया गया, बल्कि नंबर प्लेट के नीचे लगी एक अन्य प्लेट पर उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार लिखाया गया। इसी प्लेट पर छोटी सी नीली बत्ती भी लगाई गई है। ऊर्जा भवन के बाहर खड़ी अधीक्षण अभियंता की इस वीआईपी गाड़ी को देखने वालों की भीड़ लगी रही। हर कोई इस वीआईपी गाड़ी को देखकर चर्चा करता रहा।
नहीं है अधिकार
अधीक्षण अभियंता को अपनी गाड़ी पर हूटर लगाने, वीआईपी लिखने आदि का अधिकार नहीं हैं। एमडी को छोड़कर कोई भी बिजली अधिकारी नीली बत्ती का इस्तेमाल नहीं कर सकता है। लेकिन अधीक्षण अभियंता शामली अधिकारों से बाहर जाकर अपना वीआईपी शौक फरमा रहे हैं।

At the meeting, officials of the company came from all the 14 districts. Everyone was shocked to see the Bolero numbered as UP19A 1659 which was of Srivastava Satguru the Superintending Engineer from Shamli. His Bolero car was not less than a car of a VIP leader and it also bated the government official's car.
Didn't have the Rights
Hooter was not only on the top of the car, but their were also the four large lights. Front glass had the VIP sticker with Superintending Engineer on it. He is not allowed to have the loyalties of getting a VIP or UP Government written on the car, Other than the MD none of the official lesser than rank in him can use the blue light.
